- 2026-09-29 — Site launch: javaeye.dev live on Cloudflare, www→apex 301, GSC property verified, privacy page, AI-crawler governance (robots.txt named groups, llms.txt).
- 2026-09-29 — First blog post: an honest retrospective on products nobody used. The weekly cadence starts here.
- 2026-10-06 — dev.to cross-posting begins: adapted reposts of blog articles pointing back to the originals.
- 2026-10-12 — H1/title differentiation pass across all posts (same topic, different wording).
- 2026-10-14 — Nine posts published. Trust layer completed: terms, contact, editorial policy, this roadmap.
In progress
- dev.to repurpose queue: remaining adapted reposts published on a rolling basis, one at a time.
- Request-indexing rollout for the newest posts via Google Search Console, submitted gradually as the daily quota allows.
Planned — no hard dates
Items here ship when they are ready. This is a one-person fleet; dates on this page are honest ones, and unfinished work is not dressed up as shipped.
- Next post: What Is a Red Ocean Market? — waiting on my own firsthand material before it is written.
- GEO baseline: a fixed set of 30 prompts recorded monthly to measure whether AI search engines cite the site.
- First data transparency report: real numbers (traffic, indexing, what worked) once the site has enough history to say something true.
- First Hacker News submission, when there is a post that genuinely fits the community.
- Newsletter: undecided. Revisited after the first quarterly review.
