Who writes this site

Every post on javaeye.dev is written by Nan Liang, the person who builds and runs the tool fleet. Content comes from firsthand work: real build logs, real operational data from my own sites, and real numbers — not aggregated summaries of other people's articles.

How posts are made

The raw material for each post is my own experience, captured in notes before any writing happens — what was built, what broke, what the measurements showed. That material is written up in English and reviewed before publication. Each post carries its publish date, and the date is bumped only when the content is materially revised, not to simulate freshness.

How AI is used

This article was created with the help of AI. AI was not used to write the content; it assisted only with translation and grammar checks.

Concretely: I supply the substance — the story, the data, the conclusions — in my own words in Chinese. AI assists with translating that material into English and checking grammar. It does not pick topics, does not invent facts or numbers, and does not write content on its own. The final English text is reviewed before anything ships. This disclosure appears verbatim in every post.

Update cadence

The cadence commitment is one long-form post per week, with occasional second posts when a build log and an operations post land in the same week. Pages are updated when underlying facts change (a tool renamed, a number revised, a process replaced), and material changes are reflected in the page date.

Corrections

Errors are fixed when found — by me during reviews, or when a reader reports one via support@javaeye.dev with "Correction" in the subject. Confirmed corrections are applied to the page promptly. There is no burying: if a correction changes a conclusion rather than a typo, the post says so.

What this site does not publish

No guest posts, no sponsored content, no affiliate roundups, and no filler written to hit a quota. If there is nothing worth saying in a given week, nothing ships that week.
